Spa tax

Addtional the spa tax is per night for:

Adults	€ 1,80
Childs (between 12 and 18 Jahren)	€ 1,--

Short-stay-charge

If you stay only one or two nights or over feast days only three nights,
we account € 3,-- per night per person extra.

Half-board

If you book your holiday with half-board,
the price for the three-course meal in the evening is € 17,-- per night per person.

child reduction (in each case in the the room with two adults)

0 – 2 years		= 100% of the rate of one adult
3 – 6 years		= 70% of the rate of one adult
7 – 14 years		= 50% of the rate of one adult
Every 3rd person from 15 years		= 30% of the rate of one adult

Application and confirmation

Legal basis ot the contract is always the price which is valid at the day of booking. The contract legal if we confirm your reservation by letter or e-mail. If our confirmation is not correct like you told us at your application, you´re able to cancel the reservation for free the next ten days.

Cancellation / charge  

If you cancel the reservation, and neither we or you find another guest for the room you reserved, we asccount:

Cancellaton 99 till 41 days before arrival		= 10% of the travel price
Cancellation 40 till 11 days before arrival		= 40% of the travel price
Cancellation 10 days or less before arrival and also if you arrive later or leave earlier		= 70% of the travel price

Travel cancellation insurance

We advise to conclude a travel cancellation insurance.

Arrival and departure times

You can use the room on the arrival-day at 2.00 p.m.
If you arrive later than 7.00 p.m. please let us know.
